Our latest treat consisted of Spring Rolls (substituting Sushi-grade rice for the noodles is a nice touch and the Peanut sauce was perfectly done) Chicken Lasagna (simple delicious) and Shepherds Pie (never before have we known so many layers of flavor in such a usually basic dish; a far cry from just mashed potatoes and roast beef). more on Yahoo!
