My place to eat when in Kauai!

This was the best place on the entire island to eat breakfast. Although I was staying in Princeville, the food was worth the long drive. I ate there as often as possible. Diamond in the rough

We found this gem on our first morning in Kauai. We were hungry and stopped at the Kountry Kitchen. Even though it looks like a dive, it was crowded, and as everyone knows that is a good sign.
