As a former maui resident and employee of polli's i have to go back and have either the taco's a delight with scherred beef or the uncle joe's steak or even the mushrooms and salsa its all great. might be a small place but this is one small place that has huge tatse on its menu. i live in missou... Consistent food quality. Fish may not be fresh, but still prepared in a tasty manner. Spicy green chili, no, they have no clue how to make pork green chili. Polli's is located on the corner of Baldwin and Makawao Ave. in downtown Makawao. The parking lot is always full and the locals can often be found hanging out at the bar.
