In 2009 Volcano's Lava Rock Cafe went through a huge renovation inside and partially outside. more on Yahoo! Travel

Items are forgotten and not served, items are served to the wrong people, cold food is left under the hot lamp, coffee not refilled even when requested, food is poorly cooked, I've seen the head cook scratching his head and going back into the kitchen to cook, a waitress wiping her nose with her hand then serving food. more on openlist
