Bad First Impression

Basically I live in the area and for years I have never thought to go into Outback Steakhouse for dinner. I have never eaten at this restaraunt but always see the commercials and the parking lot appears to always be full. We were celebrating a relatives birthday and thought that would be a nice place to go since many of the family members havent been there as well. OMG what a big mistake!!!
