Not so much for not so little

Food was average at best. I remember, not that long ago, when this was a top notch chinese place- the only one in dekalb. Now, prices have gone WAY up, portions have gone down, and the food just isnt like it used to be. Combine all that with an in attentive waitress who seemed ... a user of Restaurantica.
