Excellent, hand-cut steak; tender and juicy, done exactly as I ordered. The house salad is loaded: lettuce, red cabbage, carrot, tomato, egg, croutons. Fast seating and service on a Friday evening, and the place was packed. A little loud, due to the all-wood decor and pumping country music; but h... a user of Restaurantica. Best Steaks This Side of Amarillo! Outstanding!

I came back to this place on a Wednesday for an early dinner after having a great steak with fast service on a Saturday night, which I reviewed as about an 8 overall.
