Good Stay...Would do it again

I thought overall the place was really close to a 4 star hotel. Just need to address a few small things and it could be it! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, elevators are being worked on for faster service! This was a pain, but they can only do so much, not the staffs fault. Convenient ... A Yahoo! Horrible customer service
This hotel was a mess from the start. When booking, they did not inform our travel agent that there would be construction. We checked in and there was a sign stating there would be construction starting at 8 am each morning which wasn't a big deal because we were there working and would be up aro... issy221, a user of Tripadvisor.
