This is one of the best non buffet Chinese restaurants in the city the people are freindly and if you frequent them enough they take the time to remember what you like the food is delicious and the portions are well worth the money I am from Chicago and have eaten in Chinatown and some of the other places around the city and will say with full confidence that Foon Ying can hold its' own with any of them. more on Yahoo!
