Just bad

I have been to your restaurant twice before going back on the 20th of June. On this Friday night my belief that this restaurant was capable of providing good service and good food took a turn for the worse. I had called ahead and asked when does the restaurant close and I was informed 11:00 and we were there by 9:00. Our server was immediately incapable and my party of four could tell right away that she might not be able to serve even water, but service is only one ... a user of Restaurantica.
