This bar and grill is the most welcoming place in Council Bluffs. I have been a resident of Council Bluffs for 15 years, and not once have I ever had an issue with LPL's. The employees are friendly, food never takes too long, food's ... a user of Restaurantica. Read full review on Restaurantica
