I love Master Chef Peter Wong's spicy seafood soup with his daily fresh hand-tossed egg-free Ramen noodles his roast duck Lotus Rice (Seafood fried rice wrapped in a large lotus leave and steamed so that the aroma of the lotus leave transfers to the rice) and many other traditional Mainland Chinese courses such as Beggar's Chicken that is cooked in mud to retain the tenderness and all the natural flavors and juice and many other dishes! more on Yahoo!
