Not so great.

My sister and brother-in-law ate at Cactus Jacks on a very busy Saturday night, it was homecoming at La Tech. They were extremely busy and seemed to be under staffed. Our wait person was very personable and was doing the best she could, however, when our food finally got to the table, it was not hot, but lukewarm. The plates were hotter than the food.
