One of the best meals on the island. We have been eating there for years and are glad to hear they are rebuilding and will be offering the same menu and bakery items. The twists are awesome.!! We had wonderful time at the Colonel's! My husband and I sat on the deck and tried their local beers. He really liked Bar Harbor Ale. Casserole was to die for, melting in your mouth good, still craving for it now)). Pizza was exceptional, the dough was just perfect, crusty and not too ... a user of Restaurantica. We have eaten at The Colonel's for years - excellent food and service. We have always started off with the homemade onion rings. They are the best. Yummy nachos, sandwiches, etc. Everything we have tried we have enjoyed. While they were completely destroyed in a fire, they are rebuilding but said... a user of Restaurantica.
