Worst Service I have ever had anywhere

We started with the cream of crab soup it was good, but no crackers, we asked twice,but they never came. There was a salad and rolls to share, that came with the entree's. Good Seafood, Hit-or-Miss Service

I have eaten here four times over the past year and have always enjoyed the seafood. The portions are HUGE, and fresh. The seafood platter, (think it's called the Waterman or Fisherman's platter), is large enough to feed two people.
