My dining partner and I went to dinner at Woodlands on our way to D.C. for a concert, so it was quite early -- around 5 PM on a Sunday. The restaurant, which is in a strip-mall in a seedy D.C. suburb, was rather empty when we arrived. Our first impression was of a large, plain room. The decor was minimal and it had a very school cafeteria feeling to it. We were seated immediately in a table that had regular chairs on one side and a booth ... a user of Restaurantica.
