Worst service and long wait ever!

I put in my order - in addition, I ordered an iced tea and salad and biscuits were to accompany it. I waited 15 minutes before my drink was brought to me another 10 minutes before my salad came and another 10-15 minutes before the biscuits came. Then the waiter asked, "didn't I bring them yet"? Horrible Staff & Clients
I have never seen any restaurant anywhere in the world stay in business with such a mismanaged staff in my entire life.
