Lunch with my wife

Liked the location and view. The escargots were lukewarm. You try eating lukewarm escargots. The bread slices were cold and bland. The hamburger was raw and the buns were no better. Took my wife there to celebrate anniversary. We were quickly seated indoors and given our menus' to look over. After fifteen minutes still no waitress or manager stopped by to see if everything was ok or were we ready to order.
