Perfect for those who do not fully understand the meaning behind the term, "al dente"...

I've gone to a lot of family-owned small Italian restaurants, and most of them are pretty good. But this one seems to be slacking, especially in their pasta. Remember Seinfeld's Soup Nazi? Well, Flo's is the Pizza Nazi -- the counter guys always hollering "Can I help who's next?" Incredible Staffs/ Incredible Food

Florentina's has been my favorite place to get most delicious Salads of the Century w/o the Century Price! The Gentlemen's there are most friendly and professional. The place became my favorite since my first bite.
