Very impressed with themselves - why?
We brought a multi-generational group to dine at Tosca, based on the reviews. The food was good, but not anything to go overboard about. The maitre d' and waitstaff were very distant - as if they were doing us a favor by deigning to serve us. Very poor evening out for the money. Dining Exactly the way it should be.
I love it. It continues to impress me even after being a regular customer for over 4 years. Cute restaurant- little christmas lights outside on the patio make it a romantic date spot. I went with my boyfriend and we had a perfect evening.
