Lousy Service - Cold Food - Over Priced!

My friends and I went for what we thought would be a lovely late snack on New Years Eve.
The silverware was dirty, so we began by polishing our own silverware before eating.
We ordered wine and appetizers, as this was later at night.
The waitress began by telling us about all the courses they were out, that is one of the reason why we stuck with the appetizers. They were all out.
When the wine arrived, the glasses were disgustingly dirty. We got the waitresses attention, and pointed that out to her. She began by apologizing and telling us about the dishwasher.
