good meat bad salad

I went with my son, his wife, and their kids to celebrate Father's Day. We loved the outdoor table experience (kids live in small town and never see much traffic or wide streets). BBQ What?

I went to Blue Ribbon over the weekend and decided to try what they call southern BBQ. Comming from the Deep South I should know good BBQ.
I ordered the pulled pork plate and the ribs.
