4.0: Great chowder, but the seating is "iffy

I would have scored them higher had they not irritated us with the wait. They told us it was going to be a 40 minute wait and we came back after 20 and they had already called us 15 tables ago (apparently you cannt count on their estimated wait time, or at least not that night). Went there for lunch, had the chowder and some other stuff (mussels, garlic bread, lobster salad), everything was very good.
