Needs Improvement

Good location and decent room. The porch/sitting areas could have been kept up. We were very disappointed with the breakfast included with our stay. Food was minimal and tasted bad. Stay Away

I was greatly disappointed in the location. First, you had to climb 2 narrow stairways to reach the room. The interior common areas did not appear to be airconditioned and the building carried a dank, musty, smell. After an exhausting day of traveling, I arrived at Colonial House Inn and was welcomed by Mac, the innkeeper. He could have not been nicer or more gracious.
