I have gone to Roosevelts for the past 3-4 years. We got because we love the pool tables. The service use to be amazing but now you could be playing for a good 30 minutes before someone comes to you and asks if you want anything. ... more on Yahoo! Travel

had issue resolved a gift certificate/apology: The waitress misplaced our pool table number. She refused to cash us out until she found the number she misplaced. This took 10-15 minutes. We were late getting home for our babysitter ... more on Yahoo! Travel
