whats customer service?

Customer service? Thats something that this restuarant does not specialize in. They have a call ahead service to make reservations and then it still takes 2 hours to seat you even though you called and 1hr before that. The host was rude and the steak was burnt. The steaks were tasty, but slightly overdone. I like my steaks medium ...these were definetly medium well. I hate to waste food, so I didn't complain. They need more flavor in their meat, it's just as mouth watering as the commercials make it seem. the little loaf of pumpernickel brad they bring ... a user of Restaurantica.
