If you want good service, but not good food, this is the place.

Let me start by saying I am a food snob. I'm new to the area and moved from a place were food good choices are abundant. With our kids off to summer camp, my wife and I had a chance to have a nice dinner at a nice place. Because we live in the south metro and didn't feel like driving far, I searched for a place with that in mind. Copper Bleu seemed to fit the bill.
