what about customer service?
I had the misfortune of eating there and had to have my breakfast remade 3 times before I gave up. I ate the fruit that was on the plate and they charged me $4.00 for it. Hell's Kitchen is a fabulous place for breakfast or lunch in downtown Minneapolis (there is also one in Duluth). The ambience is pleasantly funky and is very kid-friendly...in fact they have boxes of age-appropriate toys for the little ones to play with at the table.
