Piece of JUNK!
China Capital was the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The food was cold and the employees were mean. I hate the whole experience.AWFUL!!! The only upside was that it was cheap( ... Good and cheap.

I am a local and have been going here to eat for 10 years now. I think it is the best place to eat in Tupelo. The pepper steak, spicy meatballs, and crab rangoons are great.
