we were greeted as we came in the door and seated promptly, waitress was very nice and friendly, adequate time was given for menu review and all to decide what they wanted to eat, drinks were delivered promptly, coffee was hot and milk and orange juice cold, food was delivered all at one time with no mix up in who got what, all food was nice and hot and done very well, the coffee cups were never left empty, and refills were offered on other drinks more on Restaurantica
