Pekin Noodle Parlor is all about atmosphere, not about eating. The food reminded us of pop-culture chow-mein from the 60s, everything canned and soggy. The building itself, however, is redolent of Butte's Chinatown past. Worth seeing, and the place was packed, but I couldn't help thinking ... a user of Restaurantica. The food was served on a plastic 3 section divider plate and the food was below average. The atmosphere is unique and real but the walls look like they have not been washed for years with food caked on them and the chairs are small and uncomfortable. ... a user of Restaurantica.
