Pizza Restaurant: The Real Thing
The pizza at Big Fred's is classic Italian pizza: flat crust, ground meat, mozzarella cheese, and cut into squares. That and all the other recipes they use (salad, mostaccioli sauce, etc) are genuine Italian cooking, made from scratch, and as far as I know, haven't changed in the 40+ years they have been there.
