slap in the face

Do not consider Hugo's if you are planning a special occasion. I made arrangements weeks in advance for a 50th surprise wedding anniversary and they were not ready for us. Hugo's is top notch. All the waiters are in full on tuxes and each woman is handed a rose for the centerpiece (later wrapped for them to take home).
