On the evening of Feb. l6, 2008, we planned to enjoy dinner at the Outback Steakhouse at the Aquarius. The hostess informed us that it would be a one hour wait, which was agreeable with us, and we were given a pager. The pager went off in one hour and we were seated promptly. Service was poor! Tried to order drinks. Waitress was unable to uderstand the drink order. Four Vodka Collins which turned out to be Vodka Tonic - then - bartender stated that we did not understand the "Finer" things and stormed off. Steaks were to be "Medium well".
