We live near the Red Parka and dine there about once a month. On our last visit we had Bob, our favorite waiter. He always provides us with great service. The Parka does one of the best steaks in the Mount Washington Valley. The Skiboose (a converted train car) is a "kid free zone" which separate... a user of Restaurantica.
