Grumpy bartender

I don't think I've ever met such a rude bartender as the one who was working Sat. July 26 at 7:45 p.m. My sister and her husband also experienced his rudeness.

Merion Inn is my Favorite Restaurant in Cape May

Cape May has much better places

Very nice room and setup throughout the restaurant. However for the price the service was far below what you should have to endure and while the food was fine, it was not good enough to put up with poor service. The bartender was inattenive and slow. Ants on the table

the food was only fair for an "upscale" place. Pork chops had little flavor and the steak was burned. The closing "event" came when we were preparing for desert......ANTS all over the table! Enjoyed a delightful meal at the Merion Inn on a hot summer night in july. Service was good, drink orders accurate albeit small and too much ice.
