When I complained to the Manager (Mark), I was told that the fee can be charged, it does not have to be posted anywhere on the menu or in the restaurant, nor are the employees obligated to inform the customer of the fee at the time of reservation or when the waiter offers (over and over) to open the wine. more on We8There
