Great view, Service sucks, but Yummy food

The view of the city is amazing. Ask for a window table. Service did not exist at the bar. Service was moderate at the table. Server was not very attentive. This location is dynamite and provides a breath taking view of NYC, this is something all can agree upon. I made reservations for 2 @ 6:45 on a beautiful fall Saturday evening.
