I found this place to be one of my favorite weekly restaurants to eat at. Being that I am there so often, I have had the oppurtunity to try practically the whole menu, and everything that I have tried has been excellent. nice atmosphere (for SI) terrible servic

the atmosphere is very nice, and a welcome escape from the rest of the SI mall. However, the food and service and dramatically lacking. The sushi is cut in blocks bigger than my cell phone. Never disapointed

This is the Best Restrant on SI.. For exllent service ask for ANDY. The sushi is always fresh.. The Lechi Duck WOW. I never order lamb chops in a restrant because no one can cook them like me.. Great sushi : Lousy service

They have the best sushi on staten island. It's fresh and delicious. I order the $85 Sushi Love Boat, all the time. It's well worth it. Although, i find the rest of the dishes mediocre. Great food, Great service... but avoid the weekend dinner crowds when service suffers

Indeed the reviews stating lack of service are correct. However, that is a weekend phenomenon. If you can, go during the week, the wait staff is excellent when not under the overwhelming weekend pressures. East Pacific is mobbed at dinner time on the weekend.
