Worst customer service, EVER!!!

This bar recently opened and since I live right across the street I invited some friends to join me for happy hour. We got there at 6 pm, and by 8 pm we were well into double digits of drinks AND had ordered two appetizers. Oddly, we were not offered a single buy back round.
