One of the best in the Albany/Saratoga area

And given the many new dining options in Saratoga that have opened over the last 10 years or so, this is really saying something. Quite simply, this restaurant is great, from the organic ingredients to the delicious and attractively presented finished products. Lower your expectations...

We decided not to comment until we had had at least two meals at One Caroline, and after a second so-so experience, we are convinced that the "name" is one of the best features of the restaurant.
