I have been there several times and have tried many menu items but would most highly recommend the french toast, egg trick muffin, any of the desserts, soups, salads and the BLT sandwich. more on HappyCow

If you are vegan in Syracuse, any new restaurant serving food you can eat is welcome, and in that sense Strong Hearts is just that--not fantastic, not spectacular, but a nice option, and very very welcome. more on HappyCow
