good food,just dont go saturday night

The 1st time we went to caravela the food was great,delicious fish,it was a tuesday,we then took another couple there that saturday night and both the food and service suffered horribly.The shrimp were over cooked and dry.the fish tasteless.and the waiters were overwelmed so no water glasses were...
