I went with the 6 course tastings menu (taupas) and added a 7th (the lobster BLT). 1-Lobster Bisque w /truffle oil-great consistency lobster bisque on its own but the truffle oil added an intriguing twist-I would do it again. 2-Salmon-High quality fresh raw material grilled to perfection on top of an interest light lime sauce and topped with a seaweed salad (the salad looks and taste better than it sounds)-the tasted played off eachother really well here-Very good! more on Yahoo!
