Good food but too many oopsies!

... forgot to ask selections for choices of what came with entree. Forgot to bring salad, forgot to bring bread, order never got in for the steak, when steak came it was almost raw. Another visit found hair in cole slaw and wrong entree ... a user of Restaurantica. Reviews from Restaurantica
