this restaurant rocks...fast and healthy, sumo gives you all the same food that a hibachi japanese steakhouse would, but taste even better, but is a whole lot cheaper simply for the fact that dont flip knives and do a cooking show....the guy that does the cooking used to do all that flip the knife cooking at a famous restaurant in Charlotte, NC-but decided to be near family in Wilmington and open his own place...he serves the food on paper plates with paper forks...but who cares the food is excellent more on Restaurantica
