We hit this place 30 minutes off the airplane. Very rustic country interior. Paper towels, caddy of sauces on the table. We ordered a city sampler and a half slab of ribs. Ribs were small, moist and tasted roasted, not smoked. Prairie-fire ... more on CitySearch
