New Owners make this Mt. spot a must stop

As of 2006, the infamous Ratskeller has changed ownership. We stopped in on a Saturday and couldn't have been more surprised! New owners introduced non-smoking, a clean atmosphere, and new menu. Been there twice and the place is horrible. food...

Been there twice and the place is horrible. food is pretty good--. but the kitchen looked filthy-food all over the floor. You pay in advance so don't tip well until you know you got good service.
