This Izzy's still has the fantastic view, and they've added a few small tables outside on the deck overlooking the ocean. more on TripAdvisor

Newport is on the ocean and this buffet chain has one of the best spots possible, up on a cliff overlooking the whole beachfront all the way to, well on a clear day, probably at least 30 miles. more on Restaurantica
