Unfulfilled potential

The restaurant has a nice Bavarian style atmosphere. Service started off good but ended poorly (even though they had plenty of staff on hand). I ordered the razor clams. The Rendezvous is a fairly regular haunt for my husband and I simply because it is the best restaurant in our town. The menu is superior to any menu within a 15-mile radius (barring the Timberline Lodge's Cascade Dining Room, which is also excellent).
